Description of the role: Award Winning and Established Italian Restaurant on the Resort at Longboat Key Club seeking experienced Pizza Chef. We're looking for a full-time experienced Pizza check to join our team. Competitive pay based on experience Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to the specific recipes and standards.
• Responsible for the entire pizza-making process preparing dough, preparation of sauces and toppings as making handmade pizza to order.
• Monitoring food stock and ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure the pizza station is clean and sanitized.

Requirements:

• Two years experience making quality fresh-made, hand tossed pizza in an Italian restaurant or pizzeria.
• Knowledge of different pizza types and cooking techniques.
• Wood Fire Baking a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
