The Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst Senior will provide advanced support and expertise in the Epic Willow Ambulatory application. This role is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, configuration, optimization, and support of the Willow Ambulatory system in a complex, multi-regional healthcare environment. The Analyst will work closely with clinical stakeholders and IT teams to evaluate and improve pharmacy workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices and clinical standards.
Provide in-depth support and troubleshooting for Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows and functionality.
Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to analyze, design, test, and implement system enhancements and configuration changes.
Lead or support project initiatives related to Willow Ambulatory, including upgrades, integrations, and system optimizations.
Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
Utilize ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management within clinical systems.
Develop and maintain technical and workflow documentation for assigned systems.
Conduct system testing, validation, and user training as needed.
Support the standardization of clinical content and best practice workflows across the organization.
Participate in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the department’s strategic goals and vision.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory application, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, especially in outpatient/ambulatory pharmacy settings.
Experience with system maintenance, upgrades, build, and support.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based environment.
