eCommerce Brand Manager - Amazon Marketplace
Location: San Diego, CA (On-site)
Compensation Range: $75,000–$110,000 (depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing
Lead assigned Amazon client accounts across multiple product categories.
Analyze performance data, conduct in-depth audits, and develop strategic roadmaps.
Manage cross-functional teams to execute brand and advertising initiatives.
Present key performance metrics and growth strategies in monthly/quarterly reports.
Build lasting client relationships, respond promptly to needs, and deliver solutions.
Own one department specialty as a subject matter expert and help guide team knowledge.
What You Bring
2+ years in brand or account management (Amazon agency experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
A data-driven mindset and experience building strategies from insights.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Amazon analytics tools.
Experience navigating high-stakes decisions and managing multiple priorities.

Compensation Details
The salary range of $75,000–$110,000 accounts for varying experience levels, skills, and leadership potential. My client bases compensation on your overall value and impact, and is open to discussing this transparently during the hiring process.
