Job Description
BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Capture Recruiter to support operations in Fort Bragg, NC. The Part-Time Capture Recruiter will execute candidate engagement, screening, qualifying and hiring for a future award. Primary Location : Fort Bragg, NC
Work Schedule: Part Time Not to Exceed 20 Hours Per Week (unless approved by the Director of Recruiting)

Clearance Requirement: SECRET
Minimum Requirements - Provide recruiting support to future award proposal
- Assist in meeting candidate capture goals
- Pre-screen applicants and candidates against Annex B, LCAT requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of key labor category requirements.
- Track recruiting activities.
- Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with recruiting team, BTS hiring managers and partners, and candidates.
- Engage fully with Recruiting leadership and hiring managers on LCAT requirements, and candidate evaluation and selection.
- Engagement with local points of contacts/ organizations to market BTS Software Solutions in the aligned environment.
- Proactively develop and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent in a highly competitive market.
- Participation in Leadership meetings as requested.
Required Qualifications - 5 years of experience recruiting to Intelligence programs. (primarily SIGINT, but may also be HUMINT, OSINT, All-Source etc.)
- Experience sourcing and recruiting to individuals with high-level security clearances in the DoD and Intelligence community.
- Experience recruiting veterans and military personnel transitioning to civilian life.
- Knowledge and understanding of military and DoD acronyms.
- Proficiency using MS Excel as a tracking and reporting tool.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written).
- Team player mentality.
- Excellent organizational and analytic skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Experience with MS Teams.
Required Education And Experience - BA/BS Degree or Equivalent Experience
